In this context, knowledge of the properties of these plants, including the cardinal germination temperatures are necessary. In order to determine the cardinal temperatures and the effect of temperature on the percentage and rate of germination in Plantago major ecotypes (Birjand, Ghaen, Torbathydarieh, Mashhad, Kalat and Bojnord) an experiment was conducted based on factorial in a completely randomized design with 9 temperature levels (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 °C) and four replications in Crop Physiology Laboratory, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2013. To determine the cardinal temperatures Intersected-Lines Model and Five-Parameters Beta Model were used. Results showed that maximum germination percentage was obtained at 30 °C while maximum germination speed achieved at 35 °C in Bojnourd and Birjand ecotypes, respectively. The highest germination percentage was observed in Birjand ecotype at the temperature range of 20 to 35 °C. Based on models fitted depending on the ecotype, cardinal temperatures  (minimum, optimum and maximum) germination were determined (6.3 to 9.8, 1.8 to 5°C) ,(31.1 to 35.9, 28.6 to 35.2°C) and (43.3 to 45.1, 45 to 45.6 °C) of Intersected-lines and Five-Parameters Beta Model, respectively. Diversity in cardinal temperature of plantago major ecotypes could be due to different environmental conditions where they were evolved and adapted}, keywords = {Five-Parameters Beta Model,Intersected-lines model,optimal temperature and germination rate}, title_fa = {دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی بذر شش اکوتیپ بارهنگ کبیر(Plantago major)}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به افزایش مصرف گیاهان دارویی و تخریب روز افزون رویشگاههای طبیعی آنها، اهلی سازی وکشت آنها در نظام‌های زراعی اهمیت خاصی دارد. در این راستا اطلاع از خصوصیات این گیاهان، از جمله دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی ضروری می‌‌باشد. به منظور تعیین دمای کاردینال و تأثیر دما بر درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی بذور شش اکوتیپ (بیرجند، قائن، تربت حیدریه، مشهد، کلات و بجنورد)  بارهنگ کبیر آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 9 سطح دمایی (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 40 و 45 درجه سانتی گراد) و چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی گیاهان زراعی، دانشکده‌کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد‌ در سال‌ 1392 انجام شد.جهت تعیین دماهای کاردینال از مدل‌های خطوط متقاطع و پنج پارامتری بتا بین سرعت جوانه زنی و دما استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که حداکثر درصد جوانه‌زنی را اکوتیپ‌های بجنورد و بیرجند به ترتیب در دمای 30 و 35 درجه سانتی گراد داشتند. در گستره دمایی 20 تا 35 درجه سانتی‌گراد اکوتیپ بیرجند درصد جوانه‌زنی بیشتری نسبت به سایر اکوتیپ‌ها داشت. براساس مدل‌های برازش داده شده بسته به اکوتیپ محدوده دمای حداقل( 6.3 تا 8.9 و 1.8 تا 5 درجه سانتی‌گراد)، دمای مطلوب (31.1 تا 35.9 و 28.6 تا 35.2 درجه سانتی‌گراد) و دمای حداکثر (43.3 تا 45.1 و 45 تا 45.6 درجه سانتی‌گراد) به ترتیب در مدل‌های خطوط متقاطع و پنج پارامتری بتا  تخمین زده شد. تنوع در دمای کاردینال اکوتیپ‌های بارهنگ احتمالاً به دلیل سازگاری آنها به شرایط محیطی متفاوت و تنوع ژنتیکی می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {دمای مطلوب,سرعت جوانه‌زنی,مدل پنچ پارامتری بتا,مدل خطوط متقاطع}, url = {https://ijsst.areeo.ac.ir/article_113288.html}, eprint = {https://ijsst.areeo.ac.ir/article_113288_615aaff594e11498552b6e8f23f4546b.pdf} }
