In order to evaluate the effect of salicylic acid and seed aging on germination characteristics and biochemical changes of Carthamus tinctorius L. cv. Soffeh seeds,an experiment was conducted as a factorial base on completely randomized design with fourand three replications for germination and biochemical characteristics respectively. The first factor was priming by salicylic acid include seven levels in 0 (distilled water), 50 and 100 ppm for 24 and 48 h in 15°Cand without priming (control)and secondary factor was combinations four levels of aging (0, 2, 4 and 6 days). Results showed that the interaction of priming and aging effects on germination rate, normal seedling percentage, abnormal seedling percentage, seedling length, length of seed vigor index, seedling dry weight, weight of seed vigor index and EC were significant, but on germination percentage, total protein, catalase and ascorbate peroxidase only affected by the main effects.Results showed that germination characteristics with increasing in the aging duration were reduced significantly and using priming germination characteristics were increased but protein, catalase and ascorbate peroxidase decline along with increasing seed aging. In the study, using priming treatment salicylic acid 50 ppm for 48 h had higher germination characteristics and antioxidant activity and soluble proteins in comparison with untreated or control of safflower seeds.}, keywords = {Enzyme,germination,priming,Seed aging}, title_fa = {تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و زوال بذر بر شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و تغییرات آنزیم‌های آنتی اکسیدانی بذر گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) رقم صفه}, abstract_fa = {بذر گیاهان روغنی مستعد زوال بوده و با گذشت زمان قدرت بذر در گیاهان روغنی سریع‌تر کاهش می‌یابد. به‌منظور بررسی اثر اسید سالیسیلیک برشاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و تغییرات بیوشیمیایی بذر گلرنگرقم صفه در شرایط زوال، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل، در قالب طرح کاملا تصافی با چهارو سه تکرار به ترتیب برای شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و بیوشیمیایی انجام شد. عامل اول شامل هفت سطح پرایمینگ بذر با اسیدسالیسیلیک صفر (آب مقطر)، 50 و 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتربرای مدت زمان 24 و 48 ساعت در دمای 15 درجه سانتی‌گراد و بذر بدون پرایمینگ(شاهد) و عامل دوم شامل چهار سطح زوال تسریع شده بذر به مدت صفر، 2، 4  و 6 روز بود. نتایج نشان داد اثر متقابل پرایمینگ بذر وزوال بر سرعت جوانه‌زنی، درصد گیاهچه طبیعی، درصد گیاهچه غیر طبیعی، طول گیاهچه، بنیه وزنی، وزن خشک گیاهچه، بنیه طولی و هدایت الکتریکی در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی‌دار بود، ولی درصد جوانه‌زنی و میزان فعالیت کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز و میزان پروتئین فقط تحت تاثیر اثرات اصلی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دوره زوال شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت و استفاده از تیمار پرایمینگ سبب افزایش در شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی شد.میزان پروتئین و تغییرات کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز با افزایش زوال بذر کاهش یافت. اما استفاده از تیمار پرایمینگ، میزان پروتئین، کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز را تحت شرایط زوال و عدم زوال افزایش داد. در این تحقیق استفاده از تیمار پرایمینگ بذر با اسید سالیسیلیک 50 میلی‌گرم در لیتر برای مدت زمان 48 ساعت به‌طور معمول منجر به افزایش شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی و پروتئین محلول بذر گلرنگ نسبت به شاهد گردید.}, keywords_fa = {آنزیم,پرایمینگ,پیری بذر,جوانه‌زنی}, url = {https://ijsst.areeo.ac.ir/article_117053.html}, eprint = {https://ijsst.areeo.ac.ir/article_117053_93bf548a1fd3f52cc8eebaebec18c675.pdf} }
