Iranian Journal of Seed Science and Technology (IJSST) is an open access and peer-reviewed quarterly journal dedicated to the theoretical and empirical articles. Papers are subject to a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality of their underlying research methodology and argument. This journal is following of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with ethical laws. The journal welcomes all kinds of research and review articles related to its subject area for publication.

The journal was established by Seed and Plant Improvement Institute and Seed Science Association of Iran concerned with new concepts and innovative technologies in "all aspects of Seed Science and Technology". The submitted papers will be published after review as well as the approval of the editorial board.
