چکیده

در بسیاری از مطالعات خواص دارویی و تأثیر انیسون بر ساز و کارهای فعالیت بدن به اثبات رسیده است. . تنش شوری از تنش های غیر زنده مهم است که اثرات زیانباری بر جوانه زنی بذرها دارد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر دما بر جوانه‌زنی گیاه انیسون تحت تنش شوری آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل با شش سطح دما ( 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30) بر حسب درجه سانتی گراد و هفت سطح تنش شوری شامل (صفر، 2-، 4-،6-، 8-،10-، 12 - بار) از کلرید سدیم انجام شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی ، زمان تا 50 درصد جوانه‌زنی و زمان تا 90 درصد جوانه‌زنی به‌طور معنی‌داری ‌تحت تاثیر شوری، دما و اثر متقابل آن‌ها قرار گرفت. افزایش سطوح شوری به طور معنی‌داری باعث کاهش همه صفات مورد مطالعه شد. در دمای کم‌تر از دمای 10 درجه سانتی‌گراد (5 درجه سانتی گراد)، درصد جوانه‌زنی به طور معنی‌داری پایین بود. با توجه به اینکه مشکل شوری در مناطقی است که مشکل دمای بالا هم دارند بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده مشخص شد که بذر انیسون به شوری و گرما حساس می باشد.
