بررسی ارزش زراعی هفت رقم جدید کلزای بهاره بر اساس دستورالعمل UPOV به منظورثبت و تجاری سازی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی و تعیین ارزش زراعی، هفت رقم جدید کلزای بهاره با نام‌های فروزان، مهتاب، زمان، موج، دلگان، Z10B، SAN14 و هفت رقم تجارتی کلزا (ساری گل، RGS003، هایولا420، هایولا308، هایولا401، هایولا50 و ظفر) به عنوان برخی از ارقام کلکسیون مرجع کلزای کشور آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و در مزرعه تحقیقاتی موسسه تحقیقات ثبت و گواهی بذر و نهال کرج در سال زراعی 95-1394 انجام گردید. صفات زراعی شامل وزن هزاردانه، تعداد خورجین در بوته، تعداد دانه در خورجین، درصد روغن، تاریخ رسیدگی و عملکرد دانه براساس دستورالعمل UPOV اندازه گیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که، ارقام هیبرید بهاره نظیر هایولا 50 و هایولا401 دارای بیشترین عملکرد بودند و با توجه به برتری ارقام مهتاب، زمان و دلگان از نظر عملکرد و دارا بودن ارزش زراعی نسبت به سایر ارقام می توان این ارقام رابه عنوان ارقام جدید و بررسی های مربوط به منظور ثبت و تجاری سازی معرفی نمود.
