چکیده

به‌منظور مطالعه اثر پیری تسریع شده و پرایمینگ بذر با اسید جیبرلیک بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی، پر اکسیداسیون لیپیدها، پروتئین محلول، فنل کل و هدایت الکتریکی بذر گندم (رقم پیشتاز) یک آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه تکنولوژی بذر گروه زراعت دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1395 انجام شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل پیری بذرتحت شرایط دمای 40 درجه سانتی گرادو 100% رطوبت در سه سطح [زوال کم (4 روز)، زوال متوسط (6 روز) و زوال زیاد (7 روز)] و پرایمینگ بذر با اسید جیبرلیک در 4 سطح (0، 25، 50 و 100 پی‌پی-ام) بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر پیری بذر، پرایمینگ با اسید جیبرلیک و اثر متقابل دو عامل بر تمامی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده معنی‌دار بود. بر اساس نتایج مقایسه میانگین صفات با افزایش مدت‌زمان پیری درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، پروتئین محلول و فنل کل کاهش یافت؛ اما میزان مالون‌دی‌آلدئید و هدایت الکتریکی به علت آسیب وارده به غشای سلولی با افزایش سطوح پیری افزایش یافت. بررسی اثرات متقابل دو عامل نشان داد که پرایمینگ با اسید جیبرلیک اثرات منفی پیری بذر بر تمامی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده را کاهش می‌دهد.
