بهبود جنبه‏ های جوانه‏ زنی و بیوشیمیایی بذر زوال‏ یافته کدوی تخم ‏کاغذی (Cucurbita pepo) جمعیت سمیرم استان اصفهان تحت پیش‌تیمار با اسیدسالیسیلیک و اسیدآسکوربیک

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر پیش‏تیمار اسیدسالیسیلیک و اسیدآسکوربیک بر اصلاح خصوصیات جوانه‏ زنی و جنبه‏ های بیوشیمیایی بذر کدوی تخم کاغذی (Cucurbita pepo) زوال‌یافته بود. به‏ همین منظور آزمایشی به‏ صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل دو سطح پیری (بذرهای طبیعی و بذرهای زوال‏ یافته) و پنج سطح پرایمینگ (شاهد، اسیدآسکوربیک 50 و 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر و اسیدسالیسیلیک 50 و 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) بودند. صفات مورد بررسی شامل درصد جوانه‏ زنی، شاخص اول و دوم بنیه بذر، وزن خشک گیاهچه، میزان فعالیت آنزیم‏های پراکسیداز و سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، میزان نشت الکترولیت‌ها، میزان پروتئین و قند محلول بودند. طبق نتایج پیش ‏تیمار با اسیدآسکوربیک و اسیدسالیسیلیک در غلظت 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر ، بیش‌ترین شاخص‏ های جوانه ‏زنی را به‌دست آورد. در بذور زوال‌یافته و هم‌زمان با کاربرد اسیدآسکوربیک و اسیدسالیسیلیک (به‌ویژه در غلظت 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر)، درصد جوانه ‏زنی (74%) بهبود یافت. هم‏چنین فعالیت سیستم آنتی‏اکسیدانت افزایش یافت و نشت الکترولیت‏ها از سلول کاهش چشم‏گیری نشان داد. به طور کلی، پیش ‏تیمار با اسیدسالیسیلیک و اسیدآسکوربیک ضمن بهبود درصد جوانه ‏زنی و بنیه بذر، کیفیت جوانه‏ زنی (محتوای کربوهیدرات و پروتئین) را نیز به صورت قابل قبول در بذر کدو بهبود داد.
