چکیده

جهت کاهش اثرات تنش شوری در صیفی‌جات از روش‌های متفاوتی مانند اصلاح کننده‌های آلی در مراحل مختلف رشدی محصول ازجمله جوانه‌زنی استفاده می‌شود. این پژوهش در سال 1402 به‌منظور بررسی اثر پرایمینگ بذر خیار با اسید هیومیک بر ویژگی‌های جوانه‌زنی و پارامترهای رشدی گیاه تحت تنش شوری، در دو آزمایش (آزمایشگاه و گلخانه) به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل: تیمار اسید هیومیک در چهار سطح (0، 50 ، 100 و200 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر) و شوری در پنج سطح (0، 25 ، 50 ، 100 و 150 میلی‌مولار NaCl) بود. نتایج نشان داد که اسید هیومیک در تیمارهای تنش نسبت به شاهد، تأثیر مثبتی بر اکثر صفات جوانه‌زنی و رشدی خیار نظیر درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول گیاهچه، وزن خشک، شاخص بنیه بذر و کلروفیل کل a و b و کاروتنوئید داشت. بیشترین درصد جوانه‌زنی (87 درصد) و طول گیاهچه (66/12 سانتی‌متر) در تیمار 200 میلی‌مولار بر لیتر اسید هیومیک و در شرایط غیر شوری بدست آمد. اثر متقابل شوری و اسید هیومیک نشان داد؛ زمانی که غلظت اسید هیومیک به 100 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر به بالا رسید، اسید هیومیک توانست سبب کاهش اثرات منفی تنش شوری در صفت کلروفیل کل شود. بطور کلی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که پرایمینگ بذور خیار با اسید هیومیک به عنوان یک راهکار ارزان و در دسترس می‌تواند راهکاری برای کاهش اثر تنش شوری در مناطق با آب و یا خاک شور باشد.
