تأثیر فرسودگی تسریع شده و تنش خشکی بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک و مورفولوژیک گندم در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف فرسودگی و تنش مصنوعی خشکی بـر جوانـه زنـی بـذر گنـدم و برخـی از ویژگـی هـای گیا هچـه آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سطوح فرسودگی (شاهد، 65 و 130 ساعت فرسودگی در رطوبت نسبی 100 درصد و دمای3/0 ±41 سانتیگراد)، رقم (شاهپسند، آذر2 ،شـهریار، الونـد و زریـن) و تنش خشکی مصنوعی با استفاده از 6000 PEG) شاهد، 3 -و 6 -بار) بود. نتایج نشان داد که فرسودگی 130 ساعت و تنش خشکی 3 -بار کمترین سرعت جوانهزنی را در رقم آذر2 ایجاد کرد، در حالیکه کمترین درصد جوانهزنی در همین رقم و در فرسـودگی 65 سـاعت بـا تنش 6 -بار مشاهده شد. کمترین میزان طول ریشهچه و ساقهچه بهترتیب در تیمارهای آذر2 × فرسودگی 65 ساعت × تنش شـاهد و رقـم شهریار × فرسودگی شاهد × تنش 6 -بار تولید گردید. با افزایش درجه فرسودگی و شدت تنش وزن خشک گیاهچه در همه ارقـام رونـد کاهشی نشان داد. بیشترین مقدار استفاده از ذخایر بذر (SRUR (در فرسودگی شاهد در رقم شـهریار و کمتـ رین مقـدار آن در فرسـودگی 130 ساعت و تنش 6 -بار در رقم آذر2 دیـده شـد. کمتـرین میـزان میـانگین کـارایی اسـتفاده از ذخـایر بـذر ( SRUE (در تیمـار آذر 2 × فرسودگی شاهد× تنش شاهد مشاهده شد. کمترین میزان میانگین کسر ذخایر مصرف شده بذر(FMSR (در تیمار آذر2 ×فرسـودگی 130 ساعت × تنش 6 -بار دیده شد. این نتایج نشان میدهد که ارقام از نظر استفاده از ذخایر بذر در هنگام جوانهزنی دارای تفاوتهای ژنتیکی هستند و درجه فرسودگی بذر نسبت به سطوح تنش خشکی عامل مهمتری در کاهش بنیه بذر به شمار میآیـد. بنـابراین، از صـف ات مـورد بررسی در این آزمایش به ویژه مقدار استفاده از ذخایر بذر(SRUR(میتوان جهت گزینش ارقام دارای بنیه بذر بالا استفاده کرد.
