چکیده

آویشن دنایی Thymus daenensisیک گیاه دارویی معطر متعلق به تیره) (Lamiaceaeو بومی ایران است. در این تحقیق
برای بررسی رفتار جوانه زنی، بذر اکوتیپ ایلامی از این گونه در دماهای مختلف از 3تا 40درجه سانتیگراد قرار داده شد و
سپس برخی از شاخصهای جوانه زنی محاسبه شدند. برای تعیین درجه حرارتهای کاردینال ابتدا رابطه سرعت جوانه زنی با
تغییرات دمای بدست آمد و سپس برای برازش داده ها از دو مدل رگرسیونی استفاده شد. توسط ریشه میانگین مجذور
خطا) (RMSEو ضریب رگرسیون ) (R2مدل ها ارزیابی شدند. مدل دندان مانند رفتار جوانه زنی را بهتر از مدل دوتکه ای
توصیف کرد. طبق این مدل درجه حرارت پایه 1/39°Cو دمای مطلوب بین 20/2و 24 /7درجه سانتیگراد و دمای حداکثر
39/68درجه سانتیگراد برای این اکوتیپ پیشبینی شد. درجه حرارت تاثیر معنی داری بر سایر شاخص های جوانه زنی نظیر
درصد جوانه زنی نهایی، سرعت جوانه زنی روزانه، میانگین جوانه زنی روزانه، شاخص جوانه زنی و ضریب یکنواختی جوانه
زنی داشت. با بررسی شاخصهای جوانه زنی و درجه حرارتهای کاردینال به نظر میرسد اکوتیپ ایلامی آویشن دنایی به
منظور اجتناب از شرایط گرم و خشک منطقه، خود را با دماهای پایینتر سازگار کرده است تا از شرایط مرطوب زمستان و
اوایل بهار حداکثر استفاده را بنماید
