تأثیر باکتری های محرک رشد گیاه بر جوانه زنی و رشد اولیه گیاه دارویی بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر باکتری­ های محرک رشد گیاه بر جوانه­ زنی و رشد اولیه گیاه دارویی بادرشبو (Darcocephalum moldavica L.)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی در آزمایشگاه زراعت دانشگاه شهرکرد انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد آزمایش شامل شاهد (عدم تلقیح باکتریایی)، تلقیح با باکتری­های Rhodococcus sp.، Corynebacterium sp.، Mycobacterium sp.، Bacillus sp.، Azotobacter sp.، Pseudomonasputida، Pseudomonas  fluorescensو تلقیح با مخلوطی از باکتری­ ها می­باشند. نتایج نشان داد تیمارهای تلقیح باکتریایی  اثر معنی ­داری بر درصد جوانه ­زنی، سرعت جوانه­ زنی، متوسط زمان جوانه­ زنی، ضریب سرعت جوانه­ زنی، زمان تا 50 درصد جوانه­ زنی، طول و وزن ریشه­ چه، ساقه­ چه و گیاهچه، ضریب آلومتری و شاخص ویگور در سطح احتمال یک درصد داشتند. تیمار تلقیح باکتریایی Bacillus sp. بیش­ترین تأثیر را بر صفات متوسط زمان جوانه­ زنی، ضریب سرعت جوانه­ زنی، زمان تا 50 درصد جوانه­ زنی، طول و وزن ریشه­ چه، ساقه­ چه وگیاهچه، ضریب آلومتری و شاخص ویگور داشت و تیمار تلقیح باکتریایی Rhodococcus sp. بر صفت سرعت جوانه­ زنی و تیمار تلقیح باکتریایی Pseudomonasfluorescens بر صفت درصد جوانه­ زنی بیش­ترین تأثیر را داشتند. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد تیمارهای تلقیح باکتریایی به صورت بیوپرایمینگ می­توانند شاخص­های جوانه­ زنی و رشد اولیه گیاه دارویی بادرشبو را بهبود بخشد.
