چکیده

زوال یا پیری به عنوان یکی از عوامل کاهش دهنده بنیه و محدودکننده‌ی جوانه‌زنی بذر می‌باشد. انبارداری نامناسب در محل‌های ذخیره‌سازی مخصوصا بانک‌های ژن می‌تواند سبب تسریع فرایند پیری در انواع بذور شود. در این مطالعه به منظور بهبود اثرات نامطلوب حاصل از زوال بذر، تاثیر تیمار هورمونی با اسیدجیبرلیک، سیتوکنین، اکسین و اسید سالیسیلیک در غلظتهای صفر، 50، 100 و 150 میکرولیتر بر کیفیت بذرهای زوال یافته طبیعی و مصنوعی گندم به صورت آزمایشگاهی در آزمایشگاه های بذر پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران در سال 1395 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از تیمار هورمونی، جوانه زنی بذرها تحت شرایط تنش شوری در سه سطح صفر، 4- و 8- بار بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد بذور طبیعی پیر شده در تمام صفات مشاده شده میانگین بالاتری را داشتند.در میان هورمون‌های گیاهی هورمون سیتوکنین در صفات درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی و شاخص جوانه‌زنی بیشتری را نشان داد. غلظت‌های هورمونی نسبت به تیمار شاهد (آب مقطر) در تمام صفات بهتر عمل کرده و سبب افزایش تحمل تنش شوری شده است. تنش شوری توانست تمام صفات به جز متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.
