بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف کود وکوزیم بر بذر حقیقی هیبرید سیب‌زمینی حاصل از جمعیت اصلاحی ارقام ساوالان و ساتینا تحت تنش کم‌آبی در شرایط درون شیشه‌ای

چکیده

این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر کود وکوزیم حاوی جلبک دریایی بر بذور حقیقی هیبرید سیب‌زمینی حاصل از تلاقی دو رقم ساوالان و ساتینا، در شرایط نرمال و تنش کم‌آبی و درون‌شامه‌ای در آزمایشگاه شرکت فناوری زرع گستر آرتا در طی سال‌ 1396 انجام شد. آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل سه سطح پلی‌اتیلن‌گلیکول 6000 (صفر، 3- و 6- بار) به‌منظور اعمال تنش کم‌آبی و فاکتور دوم سه سطح وکوزیم (صفر، 30 و 60 میلی‌لیتر در لیتر)، بود. اثر تنش کم‌آبی بر روی تمامی صفات و اثر وکوزیم به‌غیراز درصد جوانه‌زنی بذور بر سایر صفات موردبررسی معنی‌دار بود. اثر متقابل تنش کم‌آبی× وکوزیم ازنظر همه صفات به‌غیراز طول ساقه معنی‌دار بود. طول ساقه براثر افزایش شدت تنش کم‌آبی کاهش یافت و بیشترین صدمه در تنش شدید ملاحظه گردید. بیشترین طول ساقه (67/4 سانتی‌متر)‌در سطح 30 میلی‌لیتر در لیتر کود وکوزیم مشاهده شد. تنش کم‌آبی باعث کاهش مقادیر همه صفات شد. بر اساس نتایج در شرایط تنش شدید اعمال 60 میلی‌لیتر در لیتر وکوزیم می‌تواند باعث بهبود درصد جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه و ساقه شد ولی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر وزن و تعداد ریز غده نداشت. علاوه بر این در شرایط بدون تنش 60 میلی‌لیتر در لیتر وکوزیم می‌تواند باعث بهبود اکثر صفات شود.
