چکیده

اثر پیری تسریع شده بر روی جوانه‌زنی بذر شکر تیغال با استفاده از مدل‌های غیر خطی سیگموئید، دندانه‌ای، گامپرتز و ریچارد و همینطور هیدروتایم در توزیع‌های ویبول، نرمال و گامبل کمی‌سازی شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عامل‌های آزمایشی شامل پیری بذر برای مدت (0، 24، 48، 72 و 96 ساعت) در رطوبت نسبی 100RH=، دمای (T) 40 درجه سلسیوس و هفت پتانسیل اسمزی (صفر، 2/0-، 4/0-، 6/0-، 8/0-، 1-، 2/1- MPa) بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که اثر متقابل میان پیری و تنش اسمزی روی درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی شکر تیغال معنی‌دار بود. صفات جوانه‌زنی بذر شکر تیغال با افزایش زمان پیری تار 72 ساعت افزایش یافت اما در تیمار 96 ساعت کاهش پیدا نمود. گامپرتز بهترین برازش را برای تیمار پیر نشده، 24 و 48 ساعت پیر شده ایجاد نمود و مدل سیگموئید برای 72 و 96 ساعت پیری بهترین برازش را نشان داد. در بین تمامی توزیع‌های مورد بررسی، توضیع نرمال مناسب ترین بود و بنابراین پتانسیل پایه (ψb) و ثابت هیدروتایم (θH) بر اساس آن به ترتیب MPa 68/0- و MPa h 6 براورد شدند. اگرچه پس از 96 ساعت تیمار پیری، ψb و θH یه ترتیب MPa 731/0- و MPa h 3/19 برآورد شدند. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بذرهای برداشت تازه شکرتیغال دارای درجاتی از خواب بذر هستند که در شرایط تیمار پیری خفیف تا متوسط برطرف شده اما پس از 72 ساعت، مکانیسم‌های پیر باعث ایجاد آسیب شده و کیفیت جوانه‌زنی کاهش می‌یابد.
