تعیین شرایط بهینه آزمون جوانه زنی استاندارد بذر آنغوزه (Ferula assa-foetida)

چکیده

آنغوزه از گیاهان دارویی مهم تیره چتریان می‌باشد که با برداشت‌های مکرر از عرصه‌های طبیعی در معرض نابودی قرار گرفته است. شناخت و مطالعه رفتار جوانه‌زنی بذر این گیاه می‌تواند توسعه کشت و حفاظت از عرصه‌های طبیعی آن را به دنبال داشته باشد. به‌منظور تعیین شرایط بهینه آزمون جوانه‌زنی استاندارد بذرهای آنغوزه، در سال 1400 در آزمایشگاه تجزیه کیفی بذر موسسه تحقیقات ثبت و گواهی بذر و نهال کرج آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی، در شش تیمار با سطوح مختلف به همراه تیمار شاهد و در سه تکرار اجرا شد. به این منظور بذرهای آنغوزه (متعلق به ارتفاعات شهرستان یاسوج واقع در استان کهگیلویه و بویر احمد)، تحت رژیم‌های مختلف دمایی (شامل 10، 15 و 20 درجه سلسیوس) و بسترهای متفاوت (شامل روی کاغذ (TP)، بین کاغذ (BP) و ماسه (S)) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. پیش‌تیمارهای مختلف در روند اجرای آزمون جوانه‌زنی استاندارد شامل سرمادهی (به مدت 14 و 35 روز در دمای 7 درجه سلسیوس) و تیمار با مواد مختلف (شامل جیبرلیک‌اسید، کینیتین، نیترات پتاسیم) و همچنین آبشویی بذرها به مدت 24 ساعت بود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، پیش‌تیمار کینیتین (250 قسمت در میلیون) و کشت بذرها بر روی کاغذ (TP) در دمای 10 درجه سلسیوس؛ به‌عنوان شرایط بهینه جوانه‌زنی استاندارد بذرهای آنغوزه برای ارزیابی محموله‌های مختلف بذری پیشنهاد شد.
