چکیده

جوانه‌زنی بذر از حساس‌ترین مراحل زندگی گیاهان است. شوری از مهمترین تنش‌های غیرزیستی در گیاهان بوده که جوانه‌زنی بسیاری از گیاهان را با مشکل مواجه می‌سازد. به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر پیش‌تیمار کردن بذر ریحان (رقم Genovese) با اسید آمینه بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی بذر در شرایط تنش شوری، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی و گیاهان دارویی دانشکده فنی و حرفه‌ای دختران دکتر شریعتی استان تهران اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سطوح مختلف شوری (0، 3، 6 و 9 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر) و پیش‌تیمار بذور با اسید آمینه (اِل-سیستئین) در سه غلظت 0، 100 و 200 میکرومولار بود. تنش شوری بر تمام صفات مورد اندازه‌گیری اثر معنی‌دار و کاهشی داشت. پیش‌تیمار کردن بذور با اسید آمینه بر همه صفات مورد بررسی به غیر از ضریب آلومتری، اثر معنی‌داری داشت و سبب کاهش اثرات تنش شوری گردید. درصد جوانه‌زنی تا شوری 3 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر کاهش معنی‌داری نداشت اما در شوری 6 و 9 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر به ترتیب به میزان 8 و 41 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهدکاهش یافت. اسید آمینه غلظت 100 میکرومولار تا شوری 6 دسی-زیمنس سبب افزایش سرعت جوانه‌زنی بذور گردید اما در شوری 9 دسی‌زیمنس تأثیرگذار نبود. پیش‌تیمار بذر با اسید آمینه 200 میکرومولار بالاترین طول ریشه‌چه (2/28 میلی‌متر) را دارا بود که نسبت به تیمار شاهد به میزان 19 درصد افزایش داشت..
