چکیده

پرایمینگ بذر به عنوان یک سازوکار موثر و کاربردی جهت افزایش مقاومت جوانه‌زنی بذر و ایجاد گیاهچه قوی‌تر در برابر تنش‌های غیر زنده از جمله خشکی و شوری معرفی شده است. بر این اساس این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر پرایمینگ بذر نخود با فرم‌های نانوذره و بالک اکسید آهن بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی رقم عادل در تنش شوری به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل اجرا شد. فاکتور‌های آزمایش شامل 1) پرایمینگ بذر با اکسید آهن بالک، نانوذره 1-100 نانومتر و 60-40 نانومتر در سه غلظت 2، 4، 8 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، هیدروپرایم و عدم پرایم و 2) تنش شوری در سه سطح (30، 60، 90 میلی‌مولار کلرید سدیم) بودند. نتایج نشان دادند تنش شوری 90 میلی‌مولار جوانه‌زنی را به طور کامل متوقف نمود. سطوح 30 و 60 میلی‌مولار شوری به ترتیب سبب کاهش23 و 63 درصدی جوانه‌زنی و 72 و 89 درصدی سرعت جوانه‌زنی شدند. پرایم بذر سبب کاهش معنی‌دار درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، متوسط زمان لازم برای جوانه-زنی، متوسط جوانه‌زنی روزانه، بنیه بذر و ضریب آلومتریک در تنش شوری شدند. به طور کلی حساسیت سرعت جوانه‌زنی نسبت به تنش شوری (89 درصد) بیش‌تر از درصد جوانه‌زنی (37 درصد) بود. اکسید آهن بالک و اکسید آهن نانوذره 60-40 نانومتر و 8 میلی-گرم در لیتر برترین تیمارهای پرایم بذر بودند. در این تحقیق اکسید آهن نانوذره نسبت به اکسید آهن بالک برتری معنی‌داری نداشت. به نظر می‌رسد تیمارهای پرایم بذر می‌توانند جهت افزایش مقاومت به شوری نخود در مرحله جوانه‌زنی به نحو موثری مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
